Me lo avrebbe spedito in giornata in contrassegno e sarebbe arrivato nel giro di 2/3 giorni. Due giorni dopo causa impegni lavorativi chiedo cortesemente il numero tracking per organizzarmi direttamente col corriere per la consegna visto che il contrassegno obbliga la presenza di una persona per il pagamento e mi viene risposto che poco dopo sarebbe arrivata la sorella e me lo avrebbe fatto avere. Passate circa 3 ore scrivo di ricordarsi gentilmente e mi viene risposto in modo areogante di portare pazienza perché non ha solo me da gestire perché altrimenti avrebbe chiuso il discorso li. Il giorno dopo mi scuso per aver "infastidito" col mio messaggio e faccio notare che comunque ho richiesto solo il lecito (numero tracking) per organizzarmi visto che una persona aspettava già da due giorni a casa e chiedo se avrei dovuto aspettare ancora a lungo o se mi sarei dovuto rivolgere altrove. La risposta è stata, in maniera arrogante, di rivolgermi altrove visto che ho una fretta intenibile.. È stata un'esperienza pessima da una persona che promette e fa perdere tempo a chi tempo da perdere non ne ha in più, invece di scusarsi per la presa in giro e per la mancanza di rispetto preferisce minacciare legalmente. Il mio coinquilino lo porta da un amico meccanico che mi fa il favore: pulito il carburatore ed eccolo come nuovo. Mi dice che se mi avesse fatto pagare mi avrebbe chiesto 30 euro! Quando si dice gli squali.. un raggiro ecco cosa sarebbe stato. Non mi rivedrà mai più. Sad short story: I bring him a lawnmower that doesn't work well .. it turns off shortly after it is turned on. Per un pezzo di ricambio che quando chiedo se era stato spedito, si è stato spedito, poi chiedevo informazioni sul pacco, tutte le volte uscivano con una scusa diversa. Poi alla fine non è mai stato spedito. Alla fine mi sono rivolto da un altro rivenditore di ricambi ford, e in una settimana ho avuto tutti e ricambi che ho chiesto.
