 Well stocked shop with great prices but honestly I go to see the pretty face of that skinny employee with beard and earring (he should be called Antonio), it's just or sess my mom, I spent a lot of money just to be served by him? ?.

Il reso è difficile da realizzare, non hai alcuna risposta immediata ma devi attendere che ti contattino, cosa nel mio caso ancora non successo dopo due giorni ed il reso è a tuo carico. Mi ero fidato delle recensioni positive....date a mio parere con troppa facilità.
The description of the products is insufficient. The return is difficult to make, you do not have any immediate response but you have to wait for them to contact you, which in my case has not yet happened after two days and the return is at your expense. I trusted the positive reviews .... given too easily in my opinion.

Solo 2 cose mi hanno fatto un po storcere il naso:
1) il tracking mancante (causa consegna con un corriere locale, però questo non mi ha permesso di seguire gli spostamenti nei 3 gg successivi all'ordine, non essendo a casa)
2) la lentezza di risposta da parte dell'assistenza (ho dovuto optare per la chiamata in sede per avere info del mio ordine poiche via internet e via mail non avevo risposte, probabilmente dovuto al fatto che una persona si occupi di tutto ciò da come ho potuto intuire).
Non male nel complesso, sono rimasto soddisfatto dell'articolo, e questa alla fine è la cosa principale.
Pretty good experience.
Only 2 things made me turn up my nose a little:
1) the missing tracking (due to delivery with a local courier, however this did not allow me to follow the movements in the 3 days following the order, not being at home)
2) the slowness of response from the assistance (I had to opt for the on-site call to get info about my order since I had no answers via the internet and via e-mail, probably due to the fact that a person takes care of everything from how I could guess).
Not bad overall, I was happy with the article, and that's the main thing in the end.
