Le materie prime che vengono utilizzate sono di ottima qualità come ad esempio il farro ,il latte utilizzato x i freschi (mozzarelle, burrate, Ricotti ecc..)
Si pone molta attenzione anche al metodo di lavorazione che nella maggior parte dei casi è artigianale.
È premura dell'azienda tenere a questi aspetti.
