★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver preso appuntamento più di una settimana prima per un sopralluogo per verificare i problemi che avesse la finestra della casa, mi viene annullato l’appuntamento con un semplice messaggio whatsapp un paio d’ore prima.
Inutile dire che l’ho scoperto solo poco prima dato che, essendo al lavoro, non avevo modo di controllare di continuo il telefono.
Richiamo, prendiamo appuntamento di nuovo al solito orario, per la settimana dopo, 4 giorni dopo nello specifico, richiamo il giorno stesso per conferma e confermano che sarebbero venuti, altrimenti mi avrebbero chiamato per avvisarmi di eventuali problemi.
Arrivo a casa, aspetto più di un’ora e non si fa vedere nessuno e non solo non sono stato avvisato, ma ho addirittura provato a chiamare e non hanno nemmeno risposto al telefono.
Lascio una stella perchè Google non permette di lasciarne di meno, altrimenti ne lascherei -5.
Pessimi, non consiglierei a nessuno.

Needless to say, I only discovered it shortly before since, being at work, I had no way of constantly checking my phone.
Call back, make an appointment again at the usual time, for the next week, 4 days later specifically, call back the same day for confirmation and confirm that they would come, otherwise they would have called me to notify me of any problems.
I arrive home, wait more than an hour and nobody shows up and not only have I not been notified, but I even tried to call and they didn't even answer the phone.
I leave a star because Google does not allow to leave less, otherwise I would drop -5.
Bad, I would not recommend to anyone.
