J	Je M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio in cerca dei regali di Natale per i miei bambini, era da tempo che non venivo ed ero rimasta quando era ancora Toys Center. Prima di partire avevo guardato i prezzi nel sito ufficiale per farmi un idea della spesa. Quando sono arrivata c'erano tre commessi che discutevano in maniera molto accesa e con toni alti dietro al box informazioni e anche se mi hanno vista entrare non hanno smesso e neanche hanno salutato. Quando trovo quello che cercavo noto che il prezzo era superiore di ben 30 euro rispetto al sito, così quando vado a chiedere spiegazioni ad un commesso che nonostante mi avesse visto che aspettavo per chiedere informazioni ha continuato a parlare con toni alti con le colleghe, in maniera molto sgarbata (quasi scocciato perché l'avevo interrotto) mi ha risposto che dovevo notate il cartello gigante che indicava che non era più Toys ma che avevano cambiato. Ha continuato nella sua discussione accesa senza farsi alcun problema. Ora... io faccio la commessa, e un comportamento del genere in un negozio non lo tollero. Prezzi assurdi e personale maleducato. Sicuramente non mi vedranno più. I went to this shop looking for Christmas gifts for my children, it had been a long time since I came and I had stayed when it was still Toys Center. Before leaving I had looked at the prices on the official website to get an idea of the cost. When I arrived there were three clerks who were arguing very heatedly and in loud tones behind the information box and even though they saw me enter they didn't stop or even said hello. When I find what I was looking for, I notice that the price was 30 euros higher than the site, so when I go to ask for an explanation from a salesman who, despite seeing me waiting to ask for information, continued to speak loudly with colleagues, in very rude way (almost annoyed because I had interrupted him) he replied that I had to notice the giant sign indicating that it was no longer Toys but that they had changed. He continued in his heated discussion without having any problems. Now ... I'm a saleswoman, and I don't tolerate such behavior in a shop. Absurd prices and rude staff. They will surely never see me again.

Hanno di base tutti un sovrapprezzo del 10-15% rispetto al listino Lego ufficiale, quindi quando sono scontati risultano di appena qualche euro sotto il prezzo standard. I supermercati e gli shop online invece sono tarati sul 20% di sconto reale di solito. Il mio voto è basato unicamente su questo prodotto, essendo interessato solo ai Lego. Magari altri daranno voti migliori basandosi su altri prodotti. Inoltre non ho mai avuto problemi riguardo la gentilezza dei commessi o altro, per cui dò due stelle e non una. Last place to buy Lego. Fake discounts. They all have a basic 10-15% surcharge compared to the official Lego price list, so when they are discounted they are just a few euros below the standard price. Supermarkets and online shops, on the other hand, are usually set at 20% real discount. My rating is based solely on this product, being only interested in Legos. Maybe others will give better grades based on other products. Furthermore, I have never had problems with the kindness of the shop assistants or anything else, so I give two stars and not one.

Sorpresa nel constatare prezzi veramente eccezionali, alcuni articoli scontati del 50% ed oltre rispetto a medesimi acquisti su internet. Come prima esperienza direi particolarmente soddisfatto, Toys senz'altro diventerà il mio riferimento futuro per acquisti occorrenti a mio nipote. Finally I will have a nephew, started shopping at the store for the event, I took advantage of buying particularly discounted items. Surprise to see truly exceptional prices, some items discounted by 50% or more compared to the same purchases on the internet. As a first experience I would say particularly satisfied, Toys will undoubtedly become my future reference for purchases needed by my nephew.
