Il personale invece, potrebbe essere oltre a più preparato, anche più cortese. Una in particolare, mi ha fatto perdere tempo, continuando una telefona, al termine della quale non si è neanche scusata.
I went to the Imola store. The shop is well stocked like all the others I have visited in the chain. The staff, on the other hand, could be more prepared, even more courteous. One in particular, made me waste time, continuing a phone call, at the end of which she did not even apologize.

Il negozio è gestito veramente in modo pessimo. Ha un grande potenziale vista la grandezza del locale, tuttavia, il 40% degli scaffali era vuoto, senza prezzi, e disorganizzato.
