Subito giorno dopo, alle 9 del mattino abbiamo chiamato per dare la conferma del acquisto. Il signore mi dice che lui non sapeva, che sono in tanti e che un collega ha fatto un appuntamento pee le 11. Ma se io ti chiamo alle 9 del mattino e ti confermo che la vorrei comprare, allora annulla appuntamento che ha preso tuo collega. Cos'è allora? Una presa in giro! Mai più da loro! Soprattutto mai da un Carlo. Zero professionalità

If I could, I would have given it below zero! Zero professionalism, zero reliability! We went to see a car on Wednesday night. Immediately after, at 9 am we called to confirm the purchase. The gentleman tells me that he did not know, that there are many and that a colleague made an appointment for 11 am. But if I call you at 9 am and I confirm that I would like to buy it, then cancel the appointment that your colleague has taken. . What is it then? A mockery! Never again from them! Especially never from a Carlo. Zero professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ... mi hanno fatto perdere il pomeriggio !!! due settimane fa ho chiesto informazioni via mail scelto per l'offerta WINTER KIT KIA per la mia NIRO.. Treno di ruote (CERCHI in Lega + sensori pressione, + GOMME invernali Hankook 205/60 R16). Chiesto e ottenuto foto e conferma marca pneumatici e sensori per 977 €. Accettato l'offerta e oggi mi sono presentato all'appuntamento.
Dopo un'attesa di circa 40 minuti mi hanno accompagnato alla cassa e poi accompagnato all'auto. ..
Prima di partire, visto che era ormai buio, ho controllato con la torcia del cellulare che i cerchi fossero a posto e con stupore mi sono accorto che i pneumatici montati erano TOYO ???.
sono quindi rientrato e fatto presente del "disguido" e chiesto, in mancanza dei pneumatici previsti, di rimontare le mie ruote estive...
così son fuori di circa mille euro, nella speranza si spiccino a procurarmi le gomme corrette...
ma si può ?!?
... they made me miss the afternoon !!! two weeks ago I asked for information via e-mail chosen for the WINTER KIT KIA offer for my NIRO .. Wheel train (Alloy Wheels + pressure sensors, + Hankook 205/60 R16 winter tires). Asked and got photos and brand confirmation tires and sensors for 977 €. Accepted the offer and today I showed up for the appointment.
After waiting for about 40 minutes, they accompanied me to the cashier and then accompanied me to the car. ..
Before leaving, as it was now dark, I checked with my mobile phone flashlight that the rims were in place and with amazement I realized that the tires fitted were TOYO ???.
I then came back and made aware of the "misunderstanding" and asked, in the absence of the tires provided, to reassemble my summer wheels ...
so I'm out of about a thousand euros, in the hope they will stand out and get me the correct tires ...
but can you?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato fino a Montebelluna da Marcon per il secondo tagliando della mia toyota(dopo aver fatto li anche il potremmo), personale molto disponibile, veloci e competenti, già dal contatto con la segretaria per fissare l'appuntamento. Ci vorrebbero più capi officina come Eugenio!!
