Dear seller, very welcoming and professional. Tested on the road before giving me the quote! The sales protocol is really excellent. The premises are large with many cars to view. In this dealership we have already bought 4 cars in the last 13 years. The service has always been very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales people there are not friendly at all. In fact I wish I could give a negative star. Save your time and stay away. I really wanted another Toyota as we loved the Matrix we had previously purchased in the U.S. but with horrible service and personalities I would never buy from them. In fact I may never buy another Toyota again.
I pulled up to the front of the store in a heavy rain. There were no cars around for 10 meters. A salesman came out and said we could not park there. Customer parking was over there and pointed ( about 30 meters in a pouring rain). I promptly pulled out and went to Peugeot and purchased a 3008. Second time I took a good friend to look at the RAV 4s. Nobody greeted us or even bothered to say hello. We were in the store for 20 minutes without any interaction from anyone. The sales personnel are either snobs or very poorly educated. BTW I am so happy with the Peugeot and their friendly service.
