D	Deborah Carravieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato dal 15/8/21 al 29/8/21 col mio compagno. Accoglienza fantastica, cibo spettacolare e sempre vario. Camerieri sempre attenti e gentilissimi. Il personale é sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta... I ragazzi dell'animazione sono simpaticissimi e mai invadenti. Segnalo solo che il wifi é praticamente inesistente e anche la copertura telefonica davvero scarsa e se si ha bisogno di una spazzola ad esempio bisogna prenderla via Amazon altrimenti, lì intorno non c'è nulla. Anche per la farmacia bisogna andare nel paese di fianco anche se c'è da dire che abbiamo avuto bisogno del medico e c'è lo hanno mandato subito. Il mare è straordinario, specialmente l'Oasi di Torre Guaceto... purtroppo c'è comunque gente maleducata che abbandona le cicche di sigaretta nella spiaggia, anche se ci sono i cestini della raccolta differenziata! Un altro appunto da non fumatrice, sarebbe bello che i tavolini attorno alla piscina fossero smoke free...la sera é impossibile sedersi a bere qualcosa senza essere avvolti da nuove di fumo. Voto comunque 10 perché nel complesso é stata proprio una bellissima vacanza! I booked from 15/8/21 to 29/8/21 with my partner. Fantastic welcome, spectacular and always varied food. Always attentive and very kind waiters. The staff is always available for any request ... The animation team are very nice and never intrusive. I only point out that the wifi is practically non-existent and also the telephone coverage is really poor and if you need a brush, for example, you have to get it via Amazon otherwise, there is nothing around there. Even for the pharmacy you have to go to the village next door even if it must be said that we needed a doctor and they sent him immediately. The sea is extraordinary, especially the Oasis of Torre Guaceto ... unfortunately there are still rude people who abandon their cigarette butts on the beach, even if there are bins for recycling! Another non-smoker note, it would be nice if the tables around the pool were smoke free ... in the evening it is impossible to sit down for a drink without being enveloped in new smoke. I still vote 10 because overall it was a really great holiday!

Ottimo il servizio navetta con autisti sempre disponibili e simpatici. Complimenti a tutti i ragazzi dell'animazione sempre pronti a rallegrare le giornate con attività e serate divertenti. Nulla da dire sulla riserva naturale da curare invece la spiaggia attrezzata. Alla prossima!! We stayed 10 days and had a great time. Large and clean room. Excellent quality of food and very kind waiters. Excellent shuttle service with drivers always available and friendly. Congratulations to all the animation guys who are always ready to brighten up the days with fun activities and evenings. Nothing to say about the nature reserve instead of the equipped beach. Until next time!!

Ottima l'ospitalità, belle le spiagge, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo la cortesia e la disponibilità degli abitanti. Hotel fantastico, non sembra un quattro stelle. Personale gentilissimo, cortese, professionale e sempre pronto ad accontentare ogni richiesta. Cucina speciale, tutto sempre delizioso, i nostri complimenti allo chef ed a tutto il personale. Torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo We stayed at this location in August. Excellent hospitality, beautiful beaches, we very much appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of the inhabitants. Great hotel, it doesn't feel like a four star. Staff very kind, courteous, professional and always ready to satisfy every request. Special cuisine, all always delicious, our compliments to the chef and all the staff. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Le navette per le spiagge, sempre puntuali con autisti gentilissimi. Spiaggia della riserva (alla quale ti accompagnano gratis) un capolavoro naturale, adatta per attività di snorkeling. Il pezzo forte però, è sicuramente l’animazione. Ragazzi educati e simpatici come Marco, Daniele, Piercarmine e Zaza, che hanno fatto sicuramente la differenza, allietando il nostro soggiorno con tanti giochi e battute, senza considerare gli spettacoli serali; veramente molto belli. Torneremo sicuramente. My wife and I have just returned from a fantastic week there. Absolutely adequate structure, varied cuisine and abundant meals. The shuttles to the beaches, always on time with very kind drivers. Beach of the reserve (to which they accompany you for free) a natural masterpiece, suitable for snorkeling activities. The highlight, however, is definitely the animation. Polite and nice guys like Marco, Daniele, Piercarmine and Zaza, who have certainly made the difference, enlivening our stay with lots of games and jokes, without considering the evening shows; really very beautiful. We will definitely be back.
