I had just booked a trip to Pompeii and they cancelled it one day before without any reasonable explanation and the worst, they didn't even want to give me the refund of my money back... Honestly, there are plenty other agencies in Sorrento that can give you a much better service with a much better price and you don't want to have any problema with those trips once you are in the City trying to enjoy your vacations... Terrible service, terrible staff

On the way back, the ship went into port, and made everyone leave the boat and board a public hydrofoil on the way back, effectively eliminating a third of the tour we paid for. We went to the office to get some form of partial refund (or even an apology!) and were met with rude customer service and refusal to refund us for the third of the tour that was not completed.

She was very thorough with her explanation of all that we were seeing on our tour of the island and also very helpful in helping us get to the Blue Groto with zero hassle and gave us great advice on getting ahead of the crowd! A terrific day on Capri! Our second tour this week was to have a private car and driver/guide take us on a tour of the Amalie coast! Our guid was Josephi and he didn't disappoint! We spent 8+ hours visiting Positano, Amalfi and Ravello with numerous stops and visits along the way! Josephi knew every nook and cranny as well as grottos, beaches, restaurants, sights etc!! If you have the time and are in Sorrento don't hesitate to do this tour!!

But most of all she was fun and made it a day I won't forget. The chairlift was fantastic. Definitely would recommend her to anyone wanting to take a trip to Capri.
