Infatti si può scendere sulla ciclabile e si può andare al mare....cosa che prima con il treno era impossibile. Since they eliminated the railway and turned it into a cycle path ... this could be a cheap reference. In fact you can get off on the cycle path and you can go to the sea .... something that was impossible before with the train.

Consigliatissimo se volete passare una vacanza di relax Excellent location, excellent value for money, they are close to the cycle path and also give you the keys with which to access the cycle path by the sea. Accès privé à la piste cyclable et de promenade (attention les vélos n'y passent pas, il faut faire un petit détour). Accès à des plages à 10mn à pied. À 5mn en voiture de San Remo. Seul point négatif, la route qui est proche et très passante mais le double vitrage est efficace. Great motel style place. Newly renovated and well equipped rooms. Correct prices. Private access to the cycle path and promenade (be careful, bicycles do not pass there, you have to make a small detour). Access to beaches 10 minutes walk. 5 minutes by car from San Remo. Only negative point, the road which is close and very busy but the double glazing is effective.

Ma quello che più conta sono i Proprietari, Saverio e Vanessa, che sono persone molto disponibili per qualsiasi problema e che tengono questo posto in modo molto pulito e funzionale. Con un piccolo supermercato a due passi e la cucina a disposizione, piccola ma molto funzionale, è l'ideale per sentirsi a casa propria. Lo consiglio vivamente, sia a coppie che famiglie che vogliano passare in tranquillità un po' di tempo a due passi dal mare e da San Remo, immersi nel verde pace e tranquillità. Noi ci ritorneremo sicuramente e ancora grazie a presto. Wonderful place with a breathtaking view of the sea that overlooks the cycle path. But what matters most are the owners, Saverio and Vanessa, who are very helpful people for any problem and who keep this place very clean and functional. With a small supermarket a stone's throw away and the kitchen available, small but very functional, it is ideal for feeling at home. I highly recommend it, both for couples and families who want to spend some quiet time a stone's throw from the sea and San Remo, surrounded by green peace and tranquility. We will definitely be back and thank you again soon.
