Je l’ai signalé à l’accueil. Located at the Viterbo bus station - the only remark I have is that the mailing address linked to the Google My Business account is not up to date, which is problematic when you want to get there. I reported it to the front desk.

Visto anche la sua ubicazione lontana dal centro medievale, per uno a piedi e in piena estate, ho dovuto visitare la città arrangiandomi diversamente. Poco utile il servizio dell'ufficio turistico. Siamo arrivati stamattina alle 11:30, ci hanno dato indicazione per visitare il palazzo dei papi e il duomo dicendoci che però chiudevano alle 12 e riapriva alle 15:00. Allora su loro indicazioni siamo andati a vedere Villa Lante a Bagnaia dove a loro dire si potevano vedere le sale interne e parte del giardino. Risultato: gli interni delle Villa sono chiusi causa covid e al nostro ritorno a Viterbo abbiamo scoperto che il palazzo dei papi, il duomo e il museo facevano orario continuato. Se avessimo chiesto informazioni al benzinaio sarebbe stato più preciso e informato!!! Bad review. All'ufficio ci hanno deliberatamente comunicato una falsa informazione e cioè che partendo da Viterbo non avremmo percorso i 100 km necessari per ottenere il Testimonium a Roma; ci hanno quindi mandato fuori Viterbo a Montefiascone, la tappa precedente rispetto a Viterbo, facendoci acquistare i biglietti dei mezzi e facendoci spendere così una mezza giornata (sotto il sole cocente). Abbiamo poi appurato che da Viterbo a Roma sono già più di 100 km sulla Via Francigena, pertanto non è necessaria questa tappa aggiuntiva. Un consiglio ai pellegrini: rivolgetevi altrove per informazioni sulla Via Francigena! ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. With my group of pilgrims from the VIA FRANCIGENA we bought the credentials and asked for information. At the office they deliberately communicated false information to us, namely that starting from Viterbo we would not have traveled the 100 km necessary to obtain the Testimonium in Rome; they then sent us out of Viterbo to Montefiascone, the previous stop with respect to Viterbo, making us buy the tickets for the vehicles and thus making us spend half a day (under the scorching sun). We then ascertained that from Viterbo to Rome there are already more than 100 km on the Via Francigena, therefore this additional stage is not necessary. A tip for pilgrims: look elsewhere for information on the Via Francigena!
T	Tirrena Montella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L ufficio turistico si trova difronte il parcheggio prima del centro storico della città. In un palazzo dall' architettura interna davvero peculiare. I ragazzi all'interno sono disponibilissimi e gentilissimi. Ci hanno dato un sacco di informazioni sia più basiche che specifiche quando ponevamo domande determinate. Davvero un esperienza positiva! The tourist office is located in front of the car park before the historic city center. In a building with a truly peculiar internal architecture. The boys inside are very helpful and very kind. They gave us a lot of both basic and specific information when we asked certain questions. Really a positive experience!
Y	Youngmin Giuseppe YUN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via francigena를 걷다가, 팀브로도 받고 정보도 구하기 위해 찾아갔다. 젊은 아가씨가 직원으로 있었는데, 이런 저런 질문에도 친절하게 대답해 준다. 비테르보 내 두 세군데 성당에 들어가 보았는데, 팀브로를 찾을 수 없었는데, 이곳에서 겨우 받고 도시를 떠난다. 한가지 아쉬운 점은 명색이 관광 안내소인데, 이런 곳만이라도 화장실은 무료 운영하면 좋지 않을까.. 50센트 받는다. A	Andrea Corinti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sull'ufficio turistico, ma all'interno della struttura dove si entra per andare ai servizi igienici mi accoglie un signore(custode) capelli bianchi con una sigaretta accesa in bocca..... assurdo, inconcepibile, sempre perché non ci sta mai nessuno dei dirigenti che controlla..... ma tanto il problema dov'è? Il 27 arriva tutti i mesi insieme ad uno stipendio immeritato.....bravi continuate così, un'accoglienza da vera città d'arte.....
