I booked a guided tour of Padua and it was very disappointing. The guide, even if prepared, was attentive to the presentation in English for the only foreign participant, giving the remaining 9 Italian participants partial descriptions. CHOOSE OTHER MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL TOUR OPERATORS

Devo dire che l'addetta si è dimostrata molto preparata e professionale; a questo bisogna aggiungere la gentilezza avuta. 5 stelle più che meritate.
I went there this morning to buy a publication and get some brochures. Since I was there, I also asked for some purely tourist information. I must say that the assistant proved to be very prepared and professional; to this we must add the kindness had. 5 stars more than you deserve.
