Sono stata servita da una donna che non mi ha fatto mezzo sorriso, atteggiamento distaccato, freddo e a tratti acido, come quando ha detto a me e mia mamma , posizionate a distanza separate dal bancone rispetto a lei, di allontanarci.
Cara signora, ho fatto un tampone ieri, domani mi opero e sono vaccinata, idem mia mamma.
Le consiglio vivamente di cambiare il modo di porsi, specie con una donna giovane.
È stata davvero indisponente, cerchi di coltivare un po’ di empatia e umanità.
Non ritornerò mai più e la sconsiglio vivamente.
(600 euro portati per necessità e malattia, ma pessimo servizio).

Rachele ci ha proposto i suoi prodotti con garbo e ci ha accompagnato nella scelta. Ha avuto la sensibilità di capire che non eravamo in cerca di empatia ma di qualcuno che sapesse indirizzarci verso un prodotto e con molta pazienza si è messa a nostra disposizione. Belle le parrucche e splendidi i turbanti!
Positive experience. I accompanied my mother in a moment of fragility and what I hoped to find was professionalism and care. So it was! Rachele offered us her products with grace and accompanied us in the choice. She had the sensitivity to understand that we were not looking for empathy but for someone who knew how to direct us towards a product and with a lot of patience she made herself available to us. Beautiful wigs and beautiful turbans!
