★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono fermato a fare rifornimento al self devo aggiungere che è stato un mio errore a digitare la pompa per la benzina invece di quella del gasolio ma cmq c'era scritto che se non si faceva il rifornimento dopo 6 minuti sarebbe uscito lo scontrino del mancato rifornimento che dopo aver aspettato ben 40 minuti lo scontrino non è uscito e spero di non aver perso i miei soldi....
I stopped to refuel at the self I have to add that it was my mistake to type the petrol pump instead of the diesel pump but anyway there was written that if the refueling was not done after 6 minutes the failure receipt would come out refueling that after waiting for 40 minutes the receipt did not come out and I hope I didn't lose my money ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, ho avuto un problema con il self-service del distributore, (ho confuso la pompa disel /benzina, riagganciando senza effettuare il rifornimento e annullando così l'operazione ma mi sono visto addebitare 75 euro) ero di passaggio diretto a Modena dove vivo. Ho provato a contattarlo (più volte} per il rimborso offrendogli varie soluzioni per la restituzione ma lui ha preteso che tornassi sul posto con i suoi orari e avvisandolo un giorno prima. Pessimo elemento. Totalmente incapace nella gestione della clientela e delle situazioni. Almeno questa è la mia esperienza. Da evitare! Ciliegina sulla torta: il rude elemento alla restituzione dei soldi mi minaccia di non farmi più vedere lì ma figuriamoci se tornavo lì, già questa la dice lunga sull' intelligenza del soggetto!
