Ho chiesto poi la cortesia di darmi una mano, in quanto il dispositivo sembrava non funzionare correttamente. Mi ha risposto molto seccato che non poteva e mi ha fatto capire che non voleva. A questo punto gli ho fatto presente che aveva il dovere di farlo, almeno come pubblico servizio, tra l'altro ero disposto anche a pagargli il fastidio. Mi ha disattivato il dispositivo, dicendomi di procedere ad una denuncia. Mai trovata tanta maleducazione. Ci sono distributori a pochi metri più gentili ed economici. Absolutely to be avoided. Le mie lamentele negative alla TotalErg hanno avuto esito positivo, il nuovo gestore è apparso Gentile e professionale. 4 stelle perché il prezzo al litro è leggermente superiore alla norma.
