Ho inserito ulteriori 5€ e sono riuscita a fare benzina ma comunque la ricevuta non viene MAI rilasciata. Come fare a reclamare i 20€ perduti? Semplicemente non si può. D'altra parte loro non hanno alcun interesse a restituirli. Ci mancherebbe. Il gestore mi ha detto che non hanno telecamere quindi non c'è nulla da fare. Poco più avanti verso Villapiana Scalo c'è la Tamoil, magari lì sono più onesti, preferitela.
Very dishonest. The automatic machine took € 20 without releasing either petrol or a receipt. I entered an additional € 5 and managed to get petrol but the receipt is NEVER issued. How can I claim the € 20 lost? It simply cannot. On the other hand, they have no interest in returning them. God forbid. The manager told me they don't have cameras so there's nothing they can do. A little further towards Villapiana Scalo there is the Tamoil, maybe they are more honest there, prefer it.
