Molto curato anche l'imballo. Metto 4 stelle solo perché la tempistica è stata un po' lunga e tw non ha brillato nella comunicazione. Alla fine se mi dovesse servire altro in legno sicuramente li terrò in grande considerazione. I finally received the neat chest. I am very satisfied, excellent workmanship and care in finishing. Ci siamo ritrovati con il piano del tavolo per terra, ferramenta inadeguata semplici viti autofilettanti non adatte ad un tavolo da giardino per esterno Buonasera Il tavolo con panche mod. bosco è stato acquistato 2 anni più o meno in questo periodo fa il legno non era autoclavato l'ho comunque montato e impregnato, ma come già ho detto la ferramenta era inadeguata non si possono usare delle semplici viti autofilettanti che si sono arrugginite e tra l'altro tutte a vista, ho chiamato ma mi veniva detto che il propritario era in ferie richiamato la settimana successiva mi diceva che ormai era stato montato e non si poteva più fare il reso . Non essendo autoclavato la struttura già debole pochi giorni fa si è rotta definitivamente, il tavolo traballava e scricchiolava una panca dopo pochi giorni era insicura.Controllate bene nella Vs anagrafica e cercate il nome. U	Ultimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una panchetta in legno su misura dal prezzo molto contenuto, cosa che non sono riuscito a trovare in altri venditori molto più cari e che fra l'altro proponevano esclusivamente misure non modificabili. L' ho trovata molto solida e facile da montare seguendo il video indicato dall'azienda su You tube ( da premettere che non sono un esperto nel fai da te, tant' è vero che ho utilizzato un semlpice giravite quando era più indicato un avvitatore elettrico) La consegna è stata velocissima e per concludere un inaspettato servizio clienti disponibile e gentile. Cosa dire ..10 e lode I ordered a made-to-measure wooden bench with a very low price, which I was unable to find in other much more expensive sellers and which, among other things, offered only non-modifiable measures. I found it very solid and easy to assemble following the video indicated by the company on You tube (to be premised that I am not an expert in DIY, so much so that I used a simple screwdriver when an electric screwdriver was most suitable ) The delivery was very fast and to conclude an unexpected helpful and kind customer service. Mi arriva il prodotto imballato ottimamente come avevo richiesto ma dopo tolto l’imballo ecco la sorpresa Prodotto da buttare nel primo bidone della spazzatura. A questo punto ho inviato un sms whatsapp al sig Fabio e assicurandomi dell' avvenuta lettura , confermando la sua serietà e correttezza non mi ha dato nessuna risposta . Spero solo che la fregatura dei mie 115 € gli portino tanto benessere e profitto. Alcune imperfezioni del legno lo rendono ancora più bello se cercate un effetto naturale. Solido e costruito bene! Le due ragazze che hanno seguito i preventivi e la spedizione sono state sempre molto gentili, rispondendo velocemente ad ogni richiesta che ho fatto.
