Potenzialmente e' valido ed ha le capacita' di esserlo ma... , e' reperibile solo per poche ore e solo la mattina ( quando si riesce a trovare il telefono libero) e, dal lunedi' al venerdi' poi, scompare per due giorni e per le urgenze c'è le dobbiamo smaltire da soli. Alcuni del personale che manda a svolgere i lavori hanno delle retribuzioni impossibili ed a me i muratori tagliando le piastrelle della cucina con il flessibile mi hanno lasciato con la polvere in casa per oltre un mese. Confidiamo comunque di riuscire a intavolare un dialogo con lui e poter ottemperare a tutte queste disfunzioni. Speriamolo............l'ultima che ha concepito per noi condomini e' stata una guerra indiscriminata agli amici dell' uomo con quattro zampe proibendone l'accesso dall'ingresso principale e limitandolo al passo carraio posto sul fianco del condominio. Praticamente dovremo usare un ingresso scomodo e secondario onde evitare che il cagnolino possa fare la pipi' sullo zerbino. Assurdo........ Non e' sicuramente sensibile una persona che non ami gli animali e che imponga la sua volonta' considerando che in un condominio sono altre le cose molto piu importanti da far rispettare. Concludo dicendo che spesso sono sicuramente meglio i nostri amici a quattro zampe che........ certi condomini. A voi le conclusioni.
