★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto ben curato peccato che nn posso ricominciare la mia ex passione eseguita per più di 20 anni, ed è proprio per questi 20 anni di allenamento che mi ha rovinato la schiena tanto da perdere 2 cm di altezza , cmq devo cominciare a perdere peso e fare tanto nuoto quando si potrà poi vedremo.........vi terrò aggiornato
