★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi dare meno di una stella lo farei dato che è stato il servizio più assurdo, approssimativo,scadente che abbia mai visto.
A neanche un mese dall utilizzo dei vari sanitari e prodotti acquistati ci sono stati i primi problemi (NON dovuti alle installazioni degli idraulici ma ai prodotti proprio)
Assistenza inesistente, maleducazione sotto tutti i punti di vista da parte di tutti. Titolare che chiude il telefono in faccia ai suoi clienti, ordini nn trasmessi con vari problemi nella costruzione (i muratori aspettavano con le mani in mano i sanitari e quindi ritardi,ritardi ...) ordini sbagliati (a loro favore)
Ovviamente il tutto é assolutamente dimostrabile nelle fatture.
Scappate, scappate ,scappate !
If I could give less than a star I would do it as it was the most absurd, approximate, poor service I have ever seen.
Not even a month from the use of the various sanitary ware and products purchased there were the first problems (NOT due to the plumbing installations but to their own products)
Non-existent assistance, rudeness from all points of view by everyone. Owner who closes the phone in the face of his customers, orders nn transmitted with various problems in construction (the builders were waiting with the hands in hand the sanitary ware and then delays, delays ...) wrong orders (in their favor)
Obviously everything is absolutely demonstrable in the invoices.
