★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il sopralluogo in un casale a Petricci, a causa della vegetazione alta e di due fili di ferro all’altezza dei piedi sono inciampato e caduto avendo il mano il mio tablet che si è rotto. L’ho fatto notare il giorno stesso all’agente immobiliare Graziella La Bernarda che mi aveva promesso il rimborso dell’importo che avrei speso per la riparazione. Ho sollecitato più volte il rimborso che non è mai arrivato. Persona veramente scorretta nel modo di fare perché non si possono portare persone a fare visite se c’è la vegetazione alta. E se dalla caduta avessi riportato danni fisici?
 During the inspection in a farmhouse in Petricci, due to the high vegetation and two wires at the height of the feet I am tripped and dropped my hand having the tablet that broke. I pointed this out to real estate agent Graziella La Bernarda who promised me a refund of the amount I would have spent on the repair. I have repeatedly asked for a refund that never arrived. Really unfair person in the way of doing because you can't take people to visit if there is high vegetation. What if I had suffered physical damage from the fall?
