Dopo una prima visita andata benissimo con contestuale ablazione del tartaro, avevamo un altro appuntamento per un'otturazione che doveva essere autorizzata dalla mia assicurazione. Non vedendo arrivare nessuna mail di conferma dell'appuntamento ho chiamato il dottore per sapere se ci fossero problemi. Da quell'istante il dottore ha iniziato ad insultare me e l'assicurazione dicendo che stavano facendo dei giochetti e che lui non voleva perdere tempo per farsi prendere in giro. A quel punto ho chiesto perché non mi avesse avvisato e cosa sarebbe accaduto se fossi andata direttamente all'appuntamento senza chiamare. Il dottore mi ha risposto dicendo che avrebbe effettuato la prestazione a pagamento. Avendo chiesto ulteriori spiegazioni al medico , lo stesso decideva di annullarmi l'appuntamento invitandomi ad interrompere ogni rapporto. Mi sono subito recata presso lo studio per ritirare quantomeno le radiografie fatte ed il dottore,davanti a 5-6 pazienti increduli, iniziava ad insultarmi di nuovo e a rivolgersi a me a suon di parolacce. Credo che il dottore oltre all'educazione, debba anche prendere qualche lezione di etica e deontologia professionale.Non mi era mai capitato nella vita e spero che nessuno altro paziente si trovi a vivere questo genere di esperienze!!! Seeing no email confirming the appointment, I called the doctor to find out if there were any problems. From that moment the doctor started insulting me and the insurance saying that they were playing games and that he didn't want to waste time getting fooled. At that point I asked why he didn't warn me and what would happen if I went straight to the appointment without calling. The doctor replied saying that he would perform the service for a fee. Having asked the doctor for further explanations, the same decided to cancel the appointment, inviting me to interrupt any relationship. I immediately went to the office to collect at least the x-rays made and the doctor, in front of 5-6 incredulous patients, began to insult me again and to turn to me with swear words. I believe that the doctor, in addition to education, must also take some lessons in professional ethics and deontology. This has never happened to me in my life and I hope that no other patient finds himself living this kind of experience !!!
