E	Ele Caldi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siete arrivati a Tortona. Tortona è una cittadina in provincia di Alessandria. Sorge su 7 colli, come Roma. Infatti "Derthona" nell'antichità era anche conosciuta come "Piccola Roma". Fino a qualche anno fa ci si viveva bene: strade eleganti, molti negozi. Oggi invece molti negozi sono chiusi, non ci sono più molte attività aperte. Anche l'ospedale offre pochissimi servizi. E purtroppo Tortona non è più ben curata come tanti anni fa: la pulizia di strade, piazze e giardini lascia molto a desiderare. Ci sono cartacce dappertutto, le foglie secche non vengono più raccolte, la manutenzione stradale è minima. Per strada si incontrano molti mendicanti, spesso insistenti... L'amministrazione comunale ha permesso, nell'arco di pochi anni, un progressivo degrado della città. Un vero peccato, lo dico con il dispiacere nel cuore, anche se non ci abito più! Ma quando torno a Tortona, provo tanta tristezza. Solo i colori e l'atmosfera di Tortona nelle varie stagioni, rimangono ancora belli. E sarebbero ancora più belli, se la città fosse più curata da tutti. You have arrived in Tortona. Tortona is a town in the province of Alessandria. It rises on 7 hills, like Rome. Today, however, many shops are closed, there are no longer many businesses open. The hospital also offers very few services. And unfortunately Tortona is no longer as well taken care of as it was many years ago: the cleanliness of the streets, squares and gardens leaves much to be desired. There is litter everywhere, dry leaves are no longer collected, road maintenance is minimal. On the street you meet many beggars, often insistent ... The municipal administration has allowed, in the space of a few years, a progressive deterioration of the city. A real shame, I say it with sorrow in my heart, even if I don't live there anymore! But when I return to Tortona, I feel so much sadness. Only the colors and the atmosphere of Tortona in the various seasons still remain beautiful. And they would be even more beautiful, if the city were more cared for by everyone.
M	Mauro Ghiglione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come per le altre stazioni ferroviarie delle piccole città che frequento trovo che anche quella di Tortona, rispetto a quello che era una volta, ha sempre meno personale, ci sono meno sevizi, c'è piu ruggine e più freddo. As with the other railway stations of the small towns that I frequent, I find that even Tortona, compared to what it once was, has less and less staff, there are fewer services, there is more rust and colder.

Sempre al telefono e se gli chiedi di farti il biglietto si scocciano e ti dicono di usare le biglietterie automatiche. Very rude staff at the ticket office. If they don't want to work, they should retire as they are no longer young. Always on the phone and if you ask them to get you a ticket they get annoyed and tell you to use the automatic ticket machines.
