La Torterolo per 2 volte mi ha scaricato all’agente del Lazio, il quale se ne è completamente disinteressato. Tempo fa chiesi una chiave di ricambio e non ho avuto alcuna assistenza. Sconsiglio fortemente questo fornitore. Ultime novità: di male in peggio: l’agente del Lazio mi invia un messaggio con il quale mi comunica il prezzo del regolatore e mi chiede l’indirizzo di spedizione. Il pezzo non è mai arrivato e l’agente non risponde più ai miei messaggi. Dopo l’ennesima chiamata per chiedergli di aiutarmi, la centralinista di turno mi ha chiuso il telefono in faccia e non mi hanno più risposto. Ora mia moglie ne sta subendo le conseguenze con nostro figlio neonato… Non mi fa stare meglio, ma dalle recensioni su Facebook, ho capito che il problema con l’assistenza non è solo mio!
