Già la conoscevo da questo punto di vista, però non si deve permettere di trattare così un genitore che chiama per chiedere una visita al proprio figlio ,non un appuntamento per fare la ceretta. Entri dentro e sembra di essere in un manicomio non ambulatorio pediatrico. Superficiale e IMPAZIENTE. Le ho detto che il telefono in faccia non si stacca, la sua risposta era se non ti va bene CAMBIA PEDIATRA!!! Un'altra mamma è arrivata 5min minuti in ritardo, scusandosi che ha fatto fatica a parcheggiare e la segreteria sempre con un tono arrogante le ha risposto CHE ORMAI È DA UN PEZZO CHE NON CI SONO I PARCHEGGI.
