★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti della tradizione irpina quale il torrone di pregevole fattura e rivisitazione degli stessi in chiave innovativa ma ottima,lo spanboccone è da assaggiare.Biscotti alle nocciole (brutti-buoni),ai mirtilli e taralli dolci al vino sono delle vere leccornie.Gli ottimi mostaccioli al cioccolato... Insomma se capitate a Grottaminarda un "passaggio" da Franco "l'artigiano del torrone" non deve mancare.
