L'italianità di una volta, una rarità ormai.
Un impegno di lavoro al mattino in corso Svizzera mi permette di conoscere questa torrefazione, benché porti su di sé il peso degli anni sugli arredi l'atmosfera che si respira è quella accogliente e tipica delle caffetteria amate del quartiere.
La prova del cappuccino passata egregiamente, schiuma densa, ottimo caffè, giusta temperatura al costo giusto
Ci ritornerò senz'altro a provare la pasticceria!
