Ho trovato una signora gentilissima che ha saputo consigliarmi il caffè adatto alle mie esigenze. Provato a casa con una Lelit semiprofessionale e macinato al momento sono rimasto colpito dal gusto, un caffè buonissimo da far invidia a tanti bar. Viene torrefatto a legna settimanalmente in loco. Consiglio a tutti di provarlo. Ovviamente lo vendono anche già macinato sia per moka che per macchine espresso ed anche capsule e cialde. ———————————————- Aggiornamento 2020 A mio malincuore devo modificare la recensione (5 stelle) perché nei pacchi di caffè ho trovato dei detriti di lavorazione (sassolini/legnetti). Frutto sicuramente di una lavorazione artigianale che apprezzo molto, ripeto il caffè è buonissimo. I detriti però hanno bloccato il mio macinino (lelit da 150€, quindi non un prodotto commerciale ma semiprofessionale). Se correggessero questa cosa tornerei sicuramente ad acquistare da loro ma non posso permettermi il danneggiamento del macchinario. Allego foto dei ritrovamenti nei vari pacchi (6Kg di caffè acquistati). Extraordinary. I first went in looking for a local roasted coffee. I found a very kind lady who was able to recommend the coffee suitable for my needs. Tried at home with a semi-professional Lelit and ground at the moment I was struck by the taste, a very good coffee to be the envy of many bars. It is roasted with wood weekly on site. I recommend everyone to try it. Obviously they also sell it already ground for both mocha and espresso machines and also capsules and pods. ———————————————- 2020 update Reluctantly, I have to change the review (5 stars) because I found processing debris (pebbles / sticks) in the coffee packs. Definitely the result of a craftsmanship that I really appreciate, I repeat the coffee is very good. However, the debris blocked my grinder (150 € lelit, so not a commercial product but a semi-professional one). If they corrected this, I would definitely go back to buying from them but I can't afford to damage the machinery. I attach photos of the findings in the various packages (6Kg of coffee purchased).
