Very complicated, arrogant, unfriendly, especially at check in. These guys did not understand yet that the customer should be treated as a customer - and not like a cow that is just there for milking... avoid this camping, you are on holiday! Definitely overpriced.

Another vast camping village, but at a convenient location, 30 minutes drive from the ferry boat at Brindisi. Easy access to a nice beach at the Adriatic coast. During high summer it is the domain of many Italian families. The village has a convenient market and a restaurant but they have developed a paying system with a personal card which you have to load with credit at the reception. First time I have seen this.

Very inconvenient shower system. No hot water, outside button to give you 20L (whatever you need or not). Is there another good reason to pay 15e for 1 small tent than just a normal shower? And during summer you should extra pay for it... ? Water leak on most of taps. WiFi only in restaurant & reception (but you have subscribe with your personal email or mobile phone... ?) Service is nice

We were happy to come to this campsite, having a mobile home and half board booked for the whole week. At checking in i already saw some clumsiness, but who cares. I’m writing this review as i still did not receive the agreed refund - ~500EUR, even if they showed me a planned (!) bank transfer document. The main problems started when the staff outside the reception did not speak english at all (although management claims they do). Luckily we met one member of the staff who spoke hungarian and was extremely helpful. The kids working there are nice, but without english it’s difficult. We’ve booked half board. It’s not the campsite’s fault that we did not know that the breakfast is only sweets and dinner starts at 7:30 pm. Our older son has diabetes, so usually half board is a big help for us, but in this case it caused a lot of problems. The half board menu is only in italian, first night we arrived at 7:30, but the only thing we got after 15 mins was the bottle of wine we ordered. The water for the kids or the food was to arrive after 30 mins. OK, this could still be managed, but as said breakfast was only sweets, which for us is a NOGO. So i went to the reception to discuss, at least have some ham and cheese with bread (like we had elsewhere in Italy). Lets say the friendliness of the management was not visible, but they said they’ll have it in the morning. After the second dinner, i’ve decided to cancel the whole half board as it was far from any expectations. The management agreed to come back to me regarding the cancellation as it is in general not accepted by their terms, but they said they’ll manage. The next morning there was no ham or anything we agreed. At reception they said it’s because i’ve cancelled the half board. Well, communication is to be improved here for sure. ? After many discussions, i’ve got an email stating they are accepting my request and will refund the 515EUR, with a bank transfer document for the upcoming Monday. Long story short, the money never arrived, although bank data was correct. Multiple emails and calls we made, without any answer. Via phone i could only reach reception where they never connected me to management and only said that they were told the transfer was made. I believe if they ever wanted to really refund me, they would at least answer my mail and send me some proof of what they did, but nothing. Well, this is a way to steal money and lie. Lovely picture painted about italian friendliness. I gave them many chances to fix it, before writing the review... I’m wondering what the answer is going to be. Oh, yes, the umbrellas are fun too. booking for 4 people (family) you only get 2 beds in the package. ? And on the last day we decided to move to the side so the kids can build sand castles without blocking the way on the beach. We were told we need to move as this is not our place. about 10% of the beds and umbrellas were occupied, rest were free. No please, no real explanation other than, this is not the one you were assigned. Even the „manager” came, but instead of trying to solve the problems all he did is insisted that this is not ours. ? No flexibility. After a long discussion it turned out that those are booked all season and the „owners” are to arrive that day. Would have been easier to start with this... I believe they have a lot to learn and improve in hospitality and customer relations. They’re well educated in cheating and stealing, that part works great. ? --------------------------------- You've replied here quickly, not like to any of my emails of phone calls. You admit that after writing it that you'll refund and we have not used the services because you've promised us the refund you refuse to pay. You're reasons are interesting as i have not threatened any of you. I was unhappy with your services and i've told you this. I was never told while we have been there any of your accusations interestingly. And you've never informed me about your change of mind. So you've lied. Btw, you claim to speak english, but you even reply here in italian.... interesting.

Great location right on a lovely sanduned beach. We spent 4 nights here at the end of May when it is was very quiet mostly Dutch and German campervan visitors. The pitch we had was good, quiet and spacious although for some of the huge campervans I could see it was a bit too tight in places. Restaurant OK, simple enough fare, pizza etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great beach and super swimming pool but a bit odd that it closed between 1and 3pm! The washing facilities are kept very clean. The worst aspect was the showers that operate on a ridiculous button system that only gives you 40 seconds at a time. A lot of people could not even get them to work and were cutting short their stay because of them. Some of the showers (those near the beach) are dependent on solar energy for hot water which in May was not in abundant supply!

We stayed a few days on Torre Rinalda camping and we immediately recognized remarks from other reviews. This review is not meant to be negative but provide positive feedback regarding our experience, and purely meant as constructive feedback. We believe a large group of guest are getting disappointed because of implicit expectations. The 4 star rating of Italy is confusing for foreign guests, but doesn’t say anything regarding quality. the star system for campsites of Italy is just a tick in the box system, which count the presence of some facilities only. Age of facilities is not considered. As a guest of the camping we booked a pitch and found out that the minimum package is 3 persons. This means when you travel with 2 persons, which is absolutely normal, you in principle pay 1/3 too much for your stay. The price is high in comparison to the services included. For the basic price ce you have a nice pitch with 3A electricity, cold water and usage of toilet and sinks for toothbrushing, shaving etc. and cold showers. To use the basic swimming pool , you have to pay a fee of 4 euro for each day and every person. And tickets has to be purchased at the other end of the campsite, at the administration reception. Because we travel with a camper which needs 6A, we asked for a 6A upgrade. This wasn’t possible according the staff at the entry reception when we want to stay less than 5 nights. Reading the rules afterwards on the pitch, we found the staff wasn’t instructed correctly because 6A upgrade is possible, and only 10A is available from 5 nights onwards. For hot showers you have to buy coins which will give you 1,5 minutes of warm water. Effectively it’s shorter because the shower starts with cold water the first 5-10 seconds. It’s not possible to extend the time to use hot showers without leaving the shower cabinets. We wondered whether the female staff was ever asked to shower on the campsite, wash hair with shampoo and conditioner within 1,5 minutes. We stayed at the beginning of august and most non-permanent pitches were empty. There were reservation notes but most of the guests don’t seem to be appear on the first days of their reservation. Effectively 20-30% of the non-permanent pitches were in use, which is extremely low this period and type of campsite. During the stay you have to put money on a debit card of the campsite, which we found ok, so you don’t have to worry regarding change, etc. We found a huge difference in friendliness of the staff, and have not found a good reason of this difference. The staff on the entry reception and administration reception is kind and helpful. However both are also tight to the camping policies. Which is clearly visible, and in principle not an issue unless certain policies prevent guests having a careless and nice stay. Having said this, the issues arise when you want to go to the beach and want to book a bed and umbrella. However the campsite has a lot of open spaces, the beds on the beach are structurally booked completely. As a spontane guest, you don’t have any chance for a bed and umbrella on the beach during the high season. We read other reviews and were shocked by the reaction of the campsite, which seems to interpret each and every feedback which doesn’t meet their standards as threatening. Those feedbacks are clearly structurally answered without any dialog with the former guests. We recognize the remarks regarding the loud music. It doesn’t belong on a campsite. We agree with guests who write this campsite has a huge potential, but isn’t used today by the management. It’s up to the management to investigate what happens behind the gates, where most of the issues arise. Especially friendliness of the staff and behavior to give guests an unforgettable stay on this campsite wasn’t noticeable by us.

If you like being in a quiet camping we do not recommend it. It is very noisy even in low season. A lot of music. The showers are with a timer of 1 minute, you can go out of the shower and go for another minute but it is not pratical at all and a bit stressy... you cannot enter and leave with your car untill your tent (only the first time to make your tent). You need to leave it at a parkinglot but when you have a small tent it is quiet difficult since a suitcase does not fits in the tent.
