★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were to Torre del Saracino for our first wedding anniversary and it was an emotional and amazing food immersion surrounded by a breathtaking Naples sight view. The waitress was so kind and professional, she cared us all the time, the sommelier guided us in choosing the wine, a "Greco di Tufo" Giallo D'Arles (Quintodecimo) and a "Costa d'Amalfi" Fiorduva (Marisa Cuomo), both of them are white wine. Food was the main theme of the evening, of course, from delicious starters to the delicate main courses until the sweet dessert everything was so intense and unexpected, in a balanced mix of taste and fresh food commodity. At the end of the dinner, chef Esposito pleased us with a greeting, he is polite and a smart open-minded man. If you are near Seiano and want to try something special go to Torre del Saracino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying in Praiano for two weeks and our driver surprised us with this fabulous restaurant. Everything was superb and we can't wait to return. we had many wonderful meals at the top resaurants of the area, but this was TOPS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing Menu di San Silvestro. At a price expected for a 2 star resto the reception was already a threat because we were parked in the lounge by the not-yet readily dressed waiter without asking if we would appreciate some water. After an overcrowded kitchen walk where no food was ready to be served the dinner was a sequence of relatively similar but uninspired courses. Two courses were served uncompletely. The final bill on New Years Day then showed 4 glasses of standard Franciacorta spumante to an astonishing price of 160€, drinks that were on offerfrom the Chef for the midnight celebration. We - and, according to reactions on neighbours' tables, others - were somehow disappointed. This even more since the Chef signalled already during his table visit that the going was rough on that particular day.
No recommendation anymore...

Special mention for the very knowledgeable sommelier, who'll be more than happy to help you with a wide array of choices, be it French classics or local natural wines. Will be the highlight of your trip.
