★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo dare una recensione negativa, per ciò che riguarda questa azienda. Ho acquistato una Torpado Explorer pieghevole a pedalata assistita, pagandola circa €1000. Dopo tre giorni d'uso ho riscontrato subito alcuni difetti, partendo dalla batteria e arrivando ad un problema alla ruota posteriore, dove è montato il motore elettrico.
Inviata alla casa produttrice, in garanzia, ho provato a contattare l'assistenza per avere notizie, sia via telefonica che via email, nessuna risposta!! Mi viene da pensare che per loro l'importante sia vendere, poi, se hai dei problemi....... tanti auguri. Per ora, resto in attesa di rivedere, chissà quando, la bicicletta riparata. Azienda che non consiglio!!!!
 Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, as far as this company is concerned. I bought a folding Torpado Explorer with pedal assistance, paying for it around € 1000. After three days of use I immediately found some defects, starting from the battery and arriving at a problem with the rear wheel, where the electric motor is mounted.
Sent to the manufacturer, under warranty, I tried to contact support for news, either by telephone or by email, no answer !! It makes me think that for them the important thing is to sell, then, if you have problems ....... happy birthday. For now, I look forward to seeing the repaired bicycle again, who knows when. Company that I do not recommend !!!!
