Dopo essermi sorbito 20 minuti di filippica sul fatto che i suoi bracciali sono gli originali, che lui è stato il primo a importarli a Roma bla bla, il bracciale dopo una settimana si è rotto, nella saldatura alla chiusura. Glielo ho riportato per una riparazione o sostituzione, e mi è stato risposto che lui nn poteva farci niente, che si era rotto per un uso improprio perché usato da un maschio e che avrei dovuto farlo riparare da me... Oltretutto nn emette scontrino fiscale ma una semplice ricevuta e alla.mia richiesta di pagare col bancomat si è messo a ridere invitandomi a recarmi alla banca più vicina a ritirare.. nn credo tornerò più in questo negozio
I bought a silver bracelet in this shop for a Christmas present. After having endured 20 minutes of Philippica on the fact that his bracelets are the originals, that he was the first to import them to Rome bla bla, the bracelet broke after a week, in the welding at the closure. I brought it back for a repair or replacement, and I was told that he could do nothing about it, that it had broken due to improper use because it was used by a male and that I should have it repaired by me ... Moreover, he does not issue a receipt. but a simple receipt and at my request to pay with the ATM he laughed inviting me to go to the nearest bank to withdraw .. I don't think I'll go back to this shop anymore
