Qui fermano i treni delle linee 1, 2, 4, 6 e 7 del servizio ferroviario metropolitano che collegano questa stazione con Chieri, Pinerolo, Alba, Asti, Fossano, Rivarolo, Chivasso, oltre che alle altre stazioni torinesi di Stura, Porta Susa e Lingotto. Il treno che in 3 minuti arriva a porta Susa è fantastico, ci sono le biglietterie automatiche, le macchinette con merendine e caffè, si trova parcheggio vicino praticamente sempre. Il problema principale però è la mancanza di scale mobili.. o meglio ci sono ma sono fuori servizio da mesi. I cartelli che ne garantivano il ripristino entro il 31 gennaio 2020, sono stati magicamente sostituiti dagli avvisi "impianto fuori servizio, utilizzare gli ascensori. Scusate per il disagio". Effettivamente non è una tragedia ma sono due piani tra l'ingresso e il corridoio e un piano tra il corridoio e i binari, quindi tra andata e ritorno bisogna salire tre piani di scale ripide spesso con gli zaini pesanti.. Confidiamo che vengano sistemate al più presto! It would be an excellent station! Andrebbe valorizzata ancora di più ma ci vorrà tempo anche per il collegamento all'aereoporto "Caselle" di Torino a Susa e Porta Nuova Excellent station for Turin's train service, certainly well connected from East to West of the city of Turin. M	Maria Grazia E Basta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzo spesso questa stazione per recarmi al lavoro carica di borse e accessori vari, e se per un piccolo periodo sono riuscita ad utilizzare gli ascensori dall’ingresso fino al binario 2, ora siamo punto e a capo! Oggi 3/6/20 ore 1615, COMBINAZIONE funziona solo l’ascensore per scendere, ma non quello che porta al binario 2!!!!!!!!! Ma vi chiedete mai cosa succederebbe se dovesse muoversi un portatore di disabilità??????? Per non parlare delle scale mobili! Fuori servizio SEMPRE al 50%, e totalmente nei week end!!!!!!!!!! P	Patrizia Mosso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stazione periferica, asettica al massimo Scale mobili non sempre funzionanti, non c'è una toilette, non c'è personale ferroviario per avere informazioni....non c'è un minimo di sorveglianza. Quando devi aspettare il treno per molto tempo è più sicuro farlo all'esterno della stazione ....perché una volta arrivati ai binari può succedere di tutto e nessuno se ne accorge. Speriamo che una volta aperto il collegamento con la ferrovia che va all'aeroporto la situazione si faccia un po' più sicura. L	Lorenzo Loffredo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le scale mobili non sono mai funzionanti tutte e 4, i biglietti non si possono fare con le banconote, non c'è un bagno,almeno la maggior parte delle volte è pulita......trovatemi un aspetto positivo su questa stazione, tralasciando la comodità della posizione. All 4 escalators are never functional, tickets cannot be done with banknotes, there is no bathroom, at least most of the time it is clean ... find me a positive aspect about this station, leaving out the convenience of the location.

Se questo è molto positivo però il problema è il degrado in cui vive: scale mobili sempre ferme, macchine per i biglietti a volte guaste, intermente è un continuo cantiere (anche quando non ci sono lavori) e anche esternamente è un'opera inconclusa. Mai sorvegliata da qualcuno. Da poco senso di sicurezza. Spero che una volta concluso i lavori per corso Venezia, diano una svolta anche a questa stazione. Sarebbe una piccola svolta per un piccolo passo in avanti per Barriera di Milano A convenient and strategic station.
