Ma il nuovo è indubbiamente un'altra cosa
Spaziosa, ariosa, luminosa e bella,
la nuova Porta Susa è casa mia
Stenta magari a diventare viva
L"edicola è nascosta, i bar remoti
Ai piani bassi è solo ferrovia
In confronto a Porta Nuova o alla Centrale,
città nella città in quel di Milano
, non C"è un"hambuger, non C"è libreria,
a alleggerir l"attender troppo e male
Non C"è supermercato o farmacia
O posto ove comprar frutto o mutanda
A ingentilir quel tempo oppresso e vano
Che l'esser pendolar sovente manda
