Vengo subito contattato dopo la mia risposta su ProntoPro per fissare un appuntamento. Parlo con una segretaria molto gentile che mi fissa l'ora e il giorno, annunciandomi che un tecnico sarebbe poi venuto per il sopralluogo. Passa qualche giorno e vengo ricontattato, da un'altra segretaria, chiedendomi di spostare l'appuntamento, per via del fatto che un loro cliente aveva anticipato una consegna. Io dico che non c'è problema e vado ad aspettare il tecnico nel giorno e nell'ora prefissata. Dopo mezz'ora di attesa, durante la quale nessuno si era degnato di contattarmi per avvisarmi di un ritardo o di una disdetta (cosa che altre imprese hanno fatto), ho provato a telefonare a 2-3 numeri di telefono tra quelli che avevo e tra quelli che ho trovato su internet. Tutti irraggiungibili. In conclusione, il sopralluogo non è mai avvenuto, ho scritto un messaggio su ProntoPro se qualcuno si sarebbe mai presentato per un sopralluogo e non ho MAI ricevuto risposta, neanche un messaggio o telefonata di scuse, neanche un tentativo di fissare un altro appuntamento. In conclusion, the inspection never took place, I wrote a message on ProntoPro if someone would ever show up for an inspection and I NEVER received an answer, not even a message or phone call of apology, not even an attempt to make another appointment. Completely unreliable

Operai competenti e materiali di qualità, sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Li ho consigliati ad un amico per un impianto gas e anche lui è rimasto molto soddisfatto del lavoro svolto. Solamente capace a chiedere e venire a prendere i soldi! E inoltre ci hanno rubato della roba in casa!!!! 2 termosifoni spostati di 1 m uno dei due non funziona, rifatto scarico cucina con pendenza non sufficiente non scarica. VERGOGNOSI!!!!!! Inoltre vi è da parte del sig. Dragomir anche una tentata estorsione di soldi non dovuti e già dati, e di cui non è stata fatta per altro regolare fattura o ricevuta.
