★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto la pubblicazione della casa... non so se lo hanno mai fatto comunque non sono mai venuti a vederla, mi chiedo come possono spiegarla in modo professionale, sono stato contattato da una consulente ma mi ha riattaccato con malomodo nel momento che ho detto che preferivo interrompere la collaborazione. A mio semplice parere non mi consiglio di consigliarla. Magari mi sbaglio..
I asked for the publication of the house ... I don't know if they ever did it anyway they never came to see it, I wonder how they can explain it in a professional way, I was contacted by a consultant but he hung me up with a bad word in the moment I said that I preferred to interrupt the collaboration. In my simple opinion I do not recommend to recommend it. Maybe I'm wrong ..

La mia esperienza: Venerdì parlo al telefono con una persona che mi dice che un dato appartamento è disponibile e fissiamo una data per la visita. Mentre concordiamo l'orario preciso mi dice di richiamare più tardi perchè doveva fare una cosa.
Provo a richiamare, mando SMS all'agente, chiamo il numero della sede dell'agenzia da venerdì pomeriggio a lunedì ma nessuno risponde.
Lunedì mattina al numero della sede risponde un uomo sgarbato e sbrigativo che finge di prendere in considerazione la mia segnalazione, non mi concede la visita inventando un'incompatibilità coi requisiti del titolare della casa (che nella chiamata di lunedì non era minimamente emersa) senza chiedermi neanche il nome e chiude la chiamata bruscamente. Poco dopo richiama l'agente con cui avevo parlato venerdì, finge di non ricordare la visita fissata per il giorno successivo e mi comunica che l'appartamento è ora "in trattativa".
L'esperienza peggiore che mi sia capitata.

My experience: On Friday I talk on the phone with a person who tells me that a certain apartment is available and we set a date for the visit. While we agree on the exact time he tells me to call back later because he had to do something.
I try to call back, text the agent, call the agency's office number from Friday afternoon to Monday but no one answers.
Monday morning the number of the office answers a rude and hasty man who pretends to take my report into consideration, does not grant me the visit by inventing an incompatibility with the requirements of the owner of the house (who in the call on Monday had not emerged in the least) without asking me not even the name and ends the call abruptly. Shortly after, he calls the agent I had spoken to on Friday, pretends not to remember the visit scheduled for the following day and tells me that the apartment is now "under negotiation".
The worst experience I've ever had.
