★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotazione per un furgone effettuata per il 23 dicembre con il sig Gianluca che mi dice la documentazione necessaria senza nessuna menzione a carte di credito o assegni "occorrono 70 € + iva" mi dice. Al ritiro mi chiedono una caparra con carta o assegno e gli spiego quello che mi è stato detto al telefono dal sig Gianluca che ovviamente era in ferie quel giorno. Avendo spiegato che sarebbe stato impossibile per me recuperare il giorno prima della vigilia di Natale un assegno, avrei potuto lasciare contanti ma non potevano accettarli. Risultato: nessun noleggio, impossibile trovare una soluzione. E la certezza della poca serietà della azienda e soprattutto del personaggio sig Gianluca è il fatto che eravamo 2 clienti con lo stesso problema e entrambi avevamo parlato con questo personaggio. Conclusione noleggio fatto con van2go di grandate (che poi è l'ex datore di Gianluca che conosceva benissimo il soggetto). Alla larga, poco poco seri
