L	Lucrezia Sforza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio normalissimo, peccato il reparto di pescheria che in ogni occasione in cui sono andata a prendere il pesce in offerta non era mai presente (a prescindere dal giorno e dall'orario). Una pecca è anche la scortesia del personale. Quando entri e saluti, se non in casi davvero rarissimi, non si riceve mai risposta. La cosa a favore, ovviamente, è l'ampia scelta di prodotti. Il banco gastronomia è impeccabile e gli affettati sono sempre molto buoni. Ottima la macelleria. Purtroppo la pescheria non mi piace. L'ho provata più volte, ma la qualità è bassissima. Spesso mi hanno venduto del pesce deteriorato che ho dovuto cestinare nell'immediato. Peccato, perchè con una pescheria seria sarebbe il massimo. Lo store di Lariano è comodo, ha il parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito 1,5 h. Le corsie all'interno del market sono un pochino strette, ma, se andate negli orari giusti, far la spesa è comunque un piacere. Personale molto gentile e casse veloci. Ma pazienza, si trovano in un posto comodo. Parcheggio al chiuso e vicino casa. Excellent supermarket, always well stocked. always polite staff. I would rather they had slightly lower prices. Ho ordinato più volte delle pesate di carne per i miei cani e al 90% erano sempre più basse di quelle orinate. Per non parlare poi dell'ultima...ordino un tipo di carne e me ne fa trovare altro tipo scadente e anche meno digeribile per i miei cani, venduta a prezzo di quella ordinata e non quella venduta, prezzo maggiorato. Sebbene l'avessi fatto notare il titolare aveva sempre risposte stupide pronte su tutto e voleva per forza avere ragione. Per non parlare del Direttore che era presente ma è come se non ci fosse stato. VERGOGNOSI!!! Rifornimenti molto lenti e quando ti dicono di ritornare in quel determinato giorno per il prodotto che era terminato e che stavi cercando puntualmente non lo trovi mai. Reparto verdure....all'inizio avevano sempre verdure fresche, da mesi la qualità è davvero scadente!! Anche Euro Spin è meglio di loro!! Bad experience !! Dalla gastronomia alla macelleria, agli addetti agli scaffali fino ad arrivare alle casse. Pochi giorni fa avevo acquistato un prodotto artigianale dolciario di una azienda locale. Con il carrello PIENO arrivo alla cassa e mentre l operatrice passa tutti i prodotti si accorge che quei cornetti avevano una scadenza a breve ( 2 giorni ). Cioè tra una trentina di pezzi passati e con una velocità estrema e nell' ora di punta è riuscita ad accorgersi di questo particolare !!!! Non solo : ha chiamato il Direttore che era lì di fianco nel box per risolvere la questione il quale si è diretto nel reparto dolci per sostituirmelo. Alla fine tutto il lotto aveva la stessa scadenza e mi hanno sconsigliato l acquisto. Io ho deciso di prenderlo lo stesso e loro mi hanno fatto uno sconto di piu del 50%. Cioè...BRAVISSIMIIII. QUESTE COSE FIDELIZZANO IL CLIENTE . BRAVA TUTTA L ORCHESTRA GESTITA DA UN ECCELLENTE DIRETTORE. Kudos to all the supermarket staff. Kindness and education and preparation in every department.
