La commessa era da sola, perciò ho dovuto aspettare per diverso tempo il mio turno in un locale molto caldo, nonostante le poche persone all'interno. Quando toccava a me, la commessa -pur avendomi vista fin da subito- ha fatto passare avanti un'altra persona senza fornire alcuna spiegazione. Non l'ho trovato corretto. Non ci tornerò.
Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. The saleswoman was alone, so I had to wait for my shift for some time in a very hot place, despite the few people inside. When it was my turn, the saleswoman - even though she saw me right away - made another person pass by without providing any explanation. I did not find it correct. I will not go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentile e sicuramente competente, infatti ho acquistato molte piante, recisi nonchè tutte le decorazioni per le tombe di famiglia. Ultimamente ho acquistato 6 piantine di ciclamini piccoli: dopo 1 settimana sono tutti sfioriti, due piante "decedute". Le 6 piantine erano tutte assieme su un grosso piatto di ceramica, quindi stesso trattamento democratico per tutte. Ho poi acquistato 4 ciclamini medi, quelli da 4,50 € al pezzo, che ho riposto in due vaschette ul davanzale esterno. Dopo una settimana i ciclamni di tre piante hanno reclinato il capo e non l'hanno più rialzato. Eliminate. La superstite ha resistito una settimana.
Ora direte che ho sbagliato io, ovvio. Io ribatto che tutti gli anni in questa stagione compero dei ciclamini e non ho mai sperimentato una cosa simile. Questo è quanto.
Kind and certainly competent staff, in fact I bought many plants, cut as well as all the decorations for the family tombs. Lately I bought 6 small cyclamen seedlings: after 1 week they are all withered, two "deceased" plants. The 6 plants were all together on a large ceramic plate, therefore the same democratic treatment for all. I then bought 4 medium cyclamen, those from € 4.50 per piece, which I placed in two trays on the outside windowsill. After a week, the cyclamen of three plants lowered their heads and never raised them again. Eliminate. The survivor lasted a week.
Now you will say that I was wrong, of course. I reply that every year this season I buy cyclamen and I have never experienced such a thing. That's all.
