Christmas wedding 15.12.18 Francesca is THE professional. 15 minutes of meeting were enough to understand that she would undoubtedly be our choice to achieve everything Ale and I had in mind ... and so it was! Wonderful Christmas decorations, of the highest quality and elegant; candles and flowers, intertwined with fir branches, bright Christmas balls and magical atmosphere. All perfect ! Our guests showered us with compliments and we, as great critics as we are :), can say that entrusting us to you Francesca was fundamental. Lo consiglio per chi ama i fiori e apprezza i dettagli. Beautiful shop in one of the most glamorous streets in the center of Pescara reminiscent of a Parisian boutique.Wonderful flowers and compositions, even handcrafted and refined objects.The staff is attentive and kind and ready to customize every request even on a large scale. . I recommend it for those who love flowers and appreciate details.

Avevo già sentito parlare di loro e avevo partecipato al matrimonio di una mia amica dove avevano curato l'allestimento floreale. Sono andata a colpo sicuro e invece è stata un'enorme delusione. Innanzitutto scarsa professionalità: li ho contattati a settembre 2021(con un anno di anticipo), mi hanno fissato un appuntamento per fine ottobre; a un giorno dall'appuntamento mi hanno chiamata per annullarlo. Fissiamo un altro appuntamento per la prima settimana di novembre circa( giorno più, giorno meno): ho atteso due ore per la video call. Dopo il tremendo ritardo, (senza scusarsi) mi hanno tenuto circa 10/15 minuti; senza darmi molte informazioni, ma solo per dirmi di mandare delle foto, per poterli ispirare, e assicurandomi che mi avrebbero ricontattata entro 3/4 giorni: mai più sentiti!!! Sto ancora aspettando! Non credo sia l'atteggiamento giusto. Potevano essere onesti dall'inizio e dire di non volere o poter prendere il lavoro. I contacted Top Flora for my wedding. I had already heard of them and I had attended a friend's wedding where they had taken care of the floral arrangement. I went without fail and instead it was a huge disappointment. First of all, lack of professionalism: I contacted them in September 2021 (one year in advance), they set me an appointment for the end of October; one day before the appointment they called me to cancel it. Let's make another appointment for the first week of November (plus day, minus day): I waited two hours for the video call. After the tremendous delay, (without apology) they kept me about 10/15 minutes; without giving me much information, but only to tell me to send some photos, to be able to inspire them, and making sure that they would contact me within 3/4 days: never heard from again !!! I'm still waiting! I don't think that's the right attitude. They could be honest from the start and say they don't want or can take the job.
