Ora, finalmente in questo ambiente è arrivata normalità. Sono veri professionisti, attenti alla persona e all'attività eseguita e, ultimo ma non meno importante, sono simpatici, sempre con il sorriso pronto ad accoglierti e con due chiacchiere da scambiare : la lezione comincia ed è già finita, sempre sorridendo! The school is excellent and the teachers even more! They are true professionals, attentive to the person and the activity performed and, last but not least, they are nice, always with a smile ready to welcome you and with a chat to exchange: the lesson begins and is already over, always smiling!

Alla fine della lezione ci si sente proprio bene! PILATES with Raffaella on Thursday evenings is anything but boring I would define it strong pilates It makes us often use different tools: elastic fitball softball and each time the lesson presents different difficulties to test ourselves but always with the utmost attention to the correct posture of the spine. At the end of the lesson it feels really good!

È diventata il mio punto di riferimento: ci sono molteplici corsi da frequentare e mi alleno in un ambiente spazioso, sano e divertente (il che non guasta affatto). Gli istruttori sono professionali, molto preparati e disponibili, attenti verso le esigenze del singolo, gentili e simpatici. La consiglio davvero a tutti! What can I say ... calling it a gym is definitely an understatement. It has become my point of reference: there are multiple courses to attend and I train in a spacious, healthy and fun environment (which doesn't hurt at all). The instructors are professional, very prepared and helpful, attentive to the needs of the individual, kind and nice. I really recommend it to everyone!
