A	Angelo Umilio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La "customer satisfaction" non mi è mai sembrata essere una delle prime preoccupazioni di venditori fabbricanti, fornitori di servizi e via elencando nel nostro Belpaese. Mi fa quindi particolarmente piacere condividere un'esperienza che va in direzione opposta. Ho comperato in un supermercato x una confezione di 6 scatolette di tonno Sardanelli. Quando l'ho aperta, qualche tempo dopo, ho trovato le scatolette sporche di qualcosa che non sapevo catalogare. Non ricordavo dove le avessi comperate e comunque non avevo più lo scontrino. Che fare? Ho telefonato a Sardanelli dove con molta cortesia si sono fatti carico del problema: dopo un tempo tutto sommato ragionevole hanno provveduto ad inviarmi una confezione di scatolette (doppia rispetto a quella acquistata a suo tempo) contestualmente provvedendo (a loro carico!) al ritiro di quella che avevo. Il tutto coordinato con una e-mail e una telefonata da parte loro. COMPLIMENTI PER EFFICIENZA, PUNTUALITÀ, CURA DEL CLIENTE E, NATURALMENTE, QUALITÀ DEL PRODOTTO. "Customer satisfaction" has never seemed to me to be one of the first concerns of vendors, manufacturers, service providers and so on in our beautiful country. I am therefore particularly pleased to share an experience that goes in the opposite direction. I bought a box of 6 cans of Sardanelli tuna in a supermarket. When I opened it, some time later, I found the dirty cans of something I couldn't catalog. I did not remember where I had bought them and in any case I no longer had the receipt. What to do? I phoned Sardanelli where with great courtesy they took charge of the problem: after a reasonable time, they sent me a pack of cans (double the one purchased at the time) at the same time providing (at their expense!) To collect the one I had. All coordinated with an e-mail and a phone call from them. CONGRATULATIONS FOR EFFICIENCY, PUNCTUALITY, CUSTOMER CARE AND, OF COURSE, PRODUCT QUALITY.

Rispondendo a coloro che hanno difficoltà a reperirlo, vi segnalo che abito a Torino e lo trovo da anni in vendita presso i supermercati IN'S nel formato 12 lattine da 80 gr. ed il prezzo e inferiore a quello della concorrenza. Occasionalmente trovo altri formati. Absolute quality products available at absolutely cheap prices. Responding to those who have difficulty finding it, I would like to point out that I live in Turin and I have found it for years on sale at IN'S supermarkets in the format of 12 cans of 80 gr. and the price is lower than that of the competition. Occasionally I find other formats.

Prima andavo allo spaccio di Pizzo ( vecchia stazione) , da quando è chiuso salgo su allo Stabilimento di Maierato . Like every year for at least twenty years and also this year, before returning to Rome, purchase of the best Tuna from Calabria: for me it is SARDANELLI! Before, I used to go to the Pizzo shop (old station), since it closed I go up to the Maierato factory.

Ho comprato del tonno scatola blu, ventresca e acciughe potete trovare tutta la loro linea anche in confezione ?.
