★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A distanza di un anno dal lavoro svolto sul nostro tetto scopriamo che non è stato portato a termine con la maestria richiesta e attorno ai comignoli, come dimostrano le foto, non sono state messe coperture così che l'isolante assorbe regolarmente acqua ogni volta che piove.
Non consiglio assolutamente a nessuno di rivolgersi a questa ditta che ha svolto un servizio di pessima qualità.

Vi ringrazio per la vostra offerta, ma come avrete sicuramente visto questa recensione è di novembre 2020 e abbiamo quindi già provveduto a risolvere la problematica rivolgendoci ad altri fornitori.
Non avremmo comunque chiesto a voi di risolvere in quanto avete avuto svariate occasioni di far presente la questione e di rimediarla perché siete venuti in loco altre due o tre volte dopo la fine dei lavori per risolvere altri errori riscontrati nel vostro operato.
Faccio presente, inoltre, che questo non è un danno che si è verificato accidentalmente al tetto per cause non imputabili a nessuno e in tempi successivi, ma è un vostro lavoro terminato in quel modo e che è stato ritenuto di qualità sufficiente per concludere la commessa. Non mi sento quindi di commissionare altri lavori alla vostra ditta o di modificare la recensione.

I absolutely do not advise anyone to contact this company that has performed a poor quality service.

Thank you for your offer, but as you have surely seen, this review is from November 2020 and we have therefore already resolved the problem by contacting other suppliers.
However, we would not have asked you to resolve as you have had several occasions to raise the issue and remedy it because you came to the site two or three more times after the end of the work to resolve other errors found in your work.
Furthermore, I would like to point out that this is not damage that occurred accidentally to the roof for causes not attributable to anyone and in subsequent times, but it is your work finished in that way and that it was considered of sufficient quality to conclude the order. . Therefore, I do not feel like commissioning other works to your company or changing the review.
