Come sempre, la dottoressa si è presa cura della mia bocca con grande competenza ed estrema professionalità. Finito il trattamento, mi ha anche dedicato tempo extra per rispondere con la sua consueta cortesia a varie mie domande in materia di igiene orale. Ho ricevuto davvero un ottimo servizio con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Last week I went to Dr. Tomaini: it is not the first time that I resort to her. Meno male che sull'annuncio che ho trovato su internet c' era scritto prezzi modici. alla fine abbiamo rinunciato ed ha comunque voluto 60 euro. Se non volete buttare via dei soldi evitate di rivolgervi alla Dr.ssa Tomaini. Purtroppo noi ci siamo caduti. Assolutamente sconsigliato.................................... Rispondo alla dottoressa facendo presente che in realtà io e la mia compagna ci siamo presentati presso il suo studio alle 18 e 40, è vero per urgenza ma non alle 21e 15. Alle 19 circa eravamo già usciti perché ci siamo rifiutati di pagare uno sproposito. Fra l'altro ci siamo recati da un altro dentista il quale ha chiesto come compenso 50 Euro ...... Mi è stato comunicato che la dottoressa sarebbe stata ancora occupata per 25 minuti, quindi ho aspettato e poi, dopo avermi fatto accomodare in sala operatoria, mi ha comunicato che i suoi prezzi sono 100 la visita e 150 l'igiene dentale; non avendo saputo nulla preliminarmente mi dice che mi avrebbe fatto lo sconto del 50 %. Allora, visto il ritardo e il mio tempo limitato a disposizione le ho proposto di fare una pulizia parziale di 30 minuti. Ebbene dopo mezz'ora ha avuto il coraggio di chiedermi 130 euro per un lavoro fatto in modo parziale. Non ho parole... Mi ha risolto un piccolo ma doloroso problema alla genviga con prodotti naturali e biologici. È stato un piacere conoscerla ed oltretutto mi ha ricevuta nei giorni di ferragosto. Augurandomi di aver bisogno del dentista il meno possibile, sicuramente tornerò da lei! A competent, patient, honest and sweet Doctor!
