★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da segnalare la scorrettezza, incompetenza e maleducazione del gerante. Ho dato in riparazione l'orologio di mio nipote un Sector 850 in sede di Via Vanoni preventivo albero, corona e tiges da cambiare, prezzo totale 40 € . Mi è stato consegnato un mese dopo ''riparato''. Alla prima immersione il pezzo riparato non ha tenuto con conseguente infiltrazione di acqua marina (vedi foto). Mi sono recata in sede per reclamare. Il danno arrecato è ingente. Il responsabile non si è assunto alcuna responsabilità al contrario si è permesso di alzare la voce e dare la colpa a mio figlio che si è immerso con l'orologio. Avrei gradito sentirmi dire che l'orologio sarebbe stato ricontrollato e riparato invece di infierire e trattarmi male. Il danno provocato ha anche un valore affettivo molto importante. Io ho chiesto l'utilizzo di materiale originale è per questo che mi sono recata lì. Adesso chi risponde di questo danno ?
To report the incorrectness, incompetence and rudeness of the manager. I gave my nephew's watch a Sector 850 to be repaired in Via Vanoni, estimate of shaft, crown and tiges to change, total price 40 €. It was delivered to me a month later 'repaired'. On the first dive the repaired piece did not hold with consequent infiltration of sea water (see photo). I went to the office to complain. The damage done is enormous. The manager took no responsibility on the contrary he allowed himself to raise his voice and blame my son for diving in with the watch. I would have liked to have been told that the watch would be rechecked and repaired instead of raging and treating me badly. The damage caused also has a very important emotional value. I asked for the use of original material which is why I went there. Now who is liable for this damage?
