I	Ivo Pancheri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo Natale ho chiamato il venditore al cell. per una Suzuki, appena all'apertura (ore 9 in punto). Dopo una mezzora richiamo per confermare, al numero fisso (a cui mi risponde la stessa persona) chiedendo sul da farsi: mi dice che va bene e che mi darà gli estremi per fissare l'auto. Dopo circa due ore mi arriva un SMS che mi dice in una riga che l'auto é stata venduta. Ritelefono e chiedo spiegazioni, dato che avevo chiamato al primo mattino e avevo confermato da li a poco (ed ero in attesa degli estremi per l'acconto). Mi risponde il fratello, giustificandosi dicendo che la vettura era stata vista di persona poco prima della mia conferma, da un cliente del luogo, che l'aveva prenotata di persona sul posto, dopo visione, e che avrebbe ritirato dopo qualche giorno. Ieri mi ritrovo la stessa macchina, acquistata da una persona della mia stessa zona (500 km dai Tolentino), che aveva dato ok telefonico, due ore dopo le mie telefonate di conferma. Dite quello che volete, ma la serietà e la correttezza (l'esser "di parola") sono tutta un'altra cosa. Aggiungo nello specifico che se si sbaglia, si poteva e si doveva rimediare, sig.ri Tolentino: riferendo al secondo acquirente dell'errore. Invece, nei successivi contatti, avete raccontato e confermato che una persona si era recata fisicamente da voi (cosa che si è dimostrata non vera). Non posso che confermare la mia opinione, nonostante la vostra risposta: siete stati scorretti, perchè potevate e dovevate rimediare a un vostro errore: invece avete "chiarito" la questione raccontando una storia falsa. Esperienza deludente: amareggiato perché, di fatto, preso in giro. After Christmas I called the salesman on the cell. for a Suzuki, just at the opening (9 o'clock). I would add specifically that if you are wrong, you could and should have remedied, Mr Tolentino: referring to the second buyer of the error. Instead, in subsequent contacts, you told and confirmed that a person had physically gone to you (which proved not to be true). I can only confirm my opinion, despite your answer: you were incorrect, because you could and should have corrected your mistake: instead you "clarified" the matter by telling a false story. Disappointing experience: embittered because, in fact, made fun of.
M	Massimo Ceccarelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato alla Tolentino Auto Srl per acquistare un veicolo commerciale usato..ho trovato un bel parco macchine e due persone (i titolari) molto disponibili e ben organizzati!!Io chiamando dalla Sardegna il furgone all'inizio mi è stato mostrato tramite delle foto e dei video..e si sa a volte dai video le imperfezioni non si vedono!!..invece al ritiro il furgone era conforme alla descrizione e in condizioni eccellenti!! I went to Tolentino Auto Srl to buy a used commercial vehicle .. I found a nice fleet of cars and two people (the owners) very helpful and well organized !! I calling the van from Sardinia at the beginning I was shown through photos and videos .. and you know sometimes from the videos the imperfections are not seen !! .. instead the van was in accordance with the description and in excellent condition !!

Trovo il vecchio proprietario della macchina e gli chiedo se veramente erano veri. Mi risponde che tutto OK mandandomi una copia di tutti gli tagliandi fatti da lui. Mi chiede dove ho comprato perché lui aveva dato indietro per una Volkswagen Touareg. Grazie ragazzi e complimenti per il vostro lavoro.
