★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da molto tempo, ma alla prima problematica riscontrata in un loro prodotto ci hanno detto di rivolgerci direttamente alla casa madre, quindi non offrendoci nessun tipo ti supporto o soluzione. Non tornerò in questo negozio visto il pessimo trattamento. Tanto vale acquistare online.
I have been a customer for a long time, but at the first problem encountered in one of their products they told us to contact the parent company directly, therefore not offering us any kind of support or solution. I will not return to this shop due to the bad treatment. We might as well buy online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo!!!! Acquistato 1 mese fa pentola antiaderente della loro miglior gamma e già completamente rovinata. Cosa mai vista nemmeno con le pentole giocattolo.
Praticamente x non rovinarle non bisogna utilizzarle. Assolutamente sconsigliato.
Terrible !!!! Purchased 1 month ago non-stick pot of their best range and already completely ruined. Something never seen even with toy pots.
Practically x not to ruin them you must not use them. Absolutely not recommended.

Dopo più di un anno sono ancora perfetti, resistenti all'usura ed al lavaggio in lavastoviglie. La commessa gentilissima ci impacchettó i piatti uno ad uno.
Unlike what I read in some reviews I had a great time. I bought an entire set of dishes and took advantage of a really important discount. After more than a year they are still perfect, resistant to wear and dishwasher safe. The very kind saleswoman packed the dishes for us one by one.

Mi sono rivolto subito a questo negozio ma dopo 6 mesi nessuna risposta mi dicono che mi faranno sapere ogni volta che entro per chiedere spiegazioni. La prossima volta compro su amazon che anche se sbaglio io mi rimborsano lo stesso.
Purchased tognana cookware set with multiple problems after one month of use. I immediately contacted this shop but after 6 months no answer they tell me that they will let me know every time I enter to ask for explanations. The next time I buy on amazon that even if I'm wrong I will refund me the same.
