Super patient and good .... all my 8 cats make themselves beautiful by HER ... at first they are not happy and then ... she manages to conquer them all with her passion and love for every pet you bring them! ❤️ Recommended to all those who love their friends at 4 ? ? ... Next YUMA customer an ALASKAM MALAMUTE 50 km of hair and sweetness our KATSITTER ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peggior esperienza in una toelettatura. Oltre alla sporcizia ovunque, e alla poca professionalità, non hanno saputo gestire il nostro golden retriever. Il cane era molto agitato, ma quello che ci pare assurdo é che abbiamo dovuto tenerlo fermo noi e aiutare la signora ad asciugarlo. Non erano attrezzati a fare il lavoro da soli. Lo abbiamo anche preso in braccio noi per farlo salire e scendere dalla vasca. Alla fine la fatica l'abbiamo fatta noi ma ci hanno chiesto di pagare il prezzo intero più un sovrapprezzo perché il cane era "problematico"! Dopo aver pagato il terribile e costoso servizio (ripeto: svolto in parte da noi) siamo usciti dal negozio sporchi e umidi. Tanto valeva andare in un self service....abbiamo pure beccato le minacce di denuncia dalla signora se scrivevano una recensione negativa. Da matti! Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di scegliere e affidare il proprio cane a questa toelettatura.
The worst experience in a grooming salon. In addition to the dirt everywhere, and the lack of professionalism, they have not been able to manage our golden retriever. The dog was very agitated, but what we think is absurd is that we had to keep him still and help the lady to dry him. They weren't equipped to do the job on their own. We also picked him up to let him get in and out of the tub. In the end we made the effort but we were asked to pay the full price plus a surcharge because the dog was "problematic"! After paying for the terrible and expensive service (I repeat: done in part by us) we left the shop dirty and damp. We might as well go to a self service .... we also caught the threats of complaint from the lady if they wrote a negative review. Crazy! I strongly advise against everyone to choose and entrust their dog to this grooming.
