R	Roberto Attura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma non e’ possibile, questa mattina 30/01/2022 entro come sempre come cliente abituale per fare la spesa, al banco del pane la signora mi consegna della pizza su mia richiesta usando dei guanti prendendola con le mani, poi chiedo delle cosce di pollo e vedo che si allontana, poi il signore degli affettati gli fa notare che sto aspettando altre cose e la signora torna al banco del pane dicendo che si era persa un attimo, nel mentre si infila le mani sotto al grembiule non so per fare cosa e si tira poi su i pantaloni e non so che altro, arriva al banco dove c’è il pollo e con le mani con i stessi guanti prende 2 cosce. E’ chiaro che la cosa mi ha fatto veramente schifo, ho lasciato il resto della spesa nel carrello per andarmene ma sono passato prima alla reception dove c’è il Resp Roberto e gli racconto tutto ma come al solito visto che questa è’ la seconda volta in 2 anni gli faccio notare la mancanza di igiene, lui per la seconda volta mi risponde, Ma mi pare strano, io ero lì e non ho visto questa cosa. La prima volta 2 anni addietro mi ha risposto quasi la stessa cosa. Ma per favore. Per i responsabili Todis dico è’ inutile che obbligate a portare i guanti se poi comunque mancano le direttive e comportamenti elementari dell’igiene, forse invece di usare i guanti e toccare tutto con le mani, alcune cose andrebbero prese con degli attrezzi appositi, e poi magari ogni tanto cambiamo questi guanti. Grazie But it is not possible, this morning 30/01/2022 I enter as a regular customer to do the shopping, at the bread counter the lady gives me pizza at my request using gloves, taking it with her hands, then I ask for the thighs of chicken and I see it goes away, then the meats gentleman points out that I'm waiting for other things and the lady goes back to the bread counter saying that she was lost for a moment, while she slips her hands under her apron I don't know what to do and then he pulls up his pants and I don't know what else, he gets to the counter where the chicken is and with his hands with the same gloves he takes 2 thighs. It is clear that it really made me sick, I left the rest of the shopping in the cart to leave but I went first to the reception where the Resp Roberto is and I tell him everything but as usual since this is the second once in 2 years I point out the lack of hygiene, he replies for the second time, But it seems strange to me, I was there and I did not see this thing. The first time 2 years ago he replied almost the same thing. But please. For Todis managers, I say it is useless that you are obliged to wear gloves if the guidelines and elementary hygiene behaviors are lacking, perhaps instead of using gloves and touching everything with your hands, some things should be taken with special tools, and then maybe every now and then we change these gloves. Thank you

Ambienti puliti, scaffali in ordine ed organizzati, fornitissimi di qualsiasi cosa, con merce in esposizione fresca e di qualità. La sorpresa più grande è stata la gentilezza e cortesia del personale, attenti alle esigenze del cliente e sempre sorridenti, si vede che mettono molta passione in ciò che fanno e soprattutto lo fanno nel miglior modo possibile. Uscita da lì, dopo 10/15 minuti di spesa salva-cena, mi sentivo di buon umore. Pienamente soddisfatta, tornerò spesso e con piacere. Great supermarket !! I had never noticed this before, until today I went there for the first time. Clean environments, tidy and organized shelves, fully stocked with everything, with fresh and quality goods on display. The biggest surprise was the kindness and courtesy of the staff, attentive to the customer's needs and always smiling, you can see that they put a lot of passion into what they do and above all they do it in the best possible way. Leaving there, after 10/15 minutes of saving-dinner shopping, I felt in a good mood. Fully satisfied, I will return often and with pleasure.

D	David Hamidy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's cheap supermarket compare to auchan or carrefour, I usually buy fruits and vegetables there because the quality is good and the prices are acceptable. You can even buy food inside (they Cook it inside and I quite every day go there and take some pasta or pizza or somthing fresh that they prepare ) . If you're a fan of organic it's the right place for you, they got small department of BIO(Organic), like organic Rice or pasta, olive oil, marmalade and ... . It's Ideal too for quick shop and it's possible to pay by card or cash.
